  • Buy an IntelliGender Gender Prediction Kit and retain your receipt of purchase.

Register Online

  • Within 14 days of purchase of the IntelliGender Gender Prediction Kit register your purchase and your IntelliGender test result at www.boyorgirl.com.au
  • Note that you may only register one test result per pregnancy
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration. You will need to retain a copy of this email.

Claim Your Refund After a Gender Confirmation Ultrasound Scan

  • Book a gender confirmation scan at one of our associated gender confirmation ultrasound clinics.
  • You will need to bring:
    • a copy of the email you were sent when you registered your IntelliGender purchase and test result online
    • proof of identity (Medicare).
  • If the result of your gender confirmation scan is different to your IntelliGender test result, ask the sonographer to complete the form in the email sent to you after you registered online.
  • To claim your refund, you will need to send to IntelliGender copies of the following:
    • the email you were sent when you registered your IntelliGender purchase online, including the section completed by the ultrasound clinic
    • your receipt of purchase of your IntelliGender kit
    • proof of identity (Medicare)

Claim Your Refund After Your Baby is Born

  • You can apply for your refund after your baby is born if the baby is not the same gender as predicted by your IntelliGender test result.
  • To claim your refund, you will need to send to IntelliGender copies of the following:
    • the email you were sent when you registered your IntelliGender purchase online
    • your receipt of purchase of your IntelliGender kit
    • proof of identity (Medicare)
    • the baby's birth certificate

Please Note

We will not be able to refund the purchase price of your IntelliGender Gender Prediction Kit if:

  • you have not registered your purchase and the test result online within 14 days of purchase AND
  • a sonographer at one of our participating ultrasound clinics has not completed the form emailed to you OR you cannot produce a copy of the baby's birth certificate.

Refund amount is the purchase price of the product as shown on your receipt. Any shipping, handling or other charges incurred cannot be refunded.
